The process is proceeding rapidly for the mass housing that TOKİ will build on the virgin land of Arnavutköy Baklalı, next to Kanal Istanbul, in 5 stages.
Another decision was made in one of the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) applications filed by TOKİ with the Istanbul Governor’s Office.
1337 HOUSING CONSTRUCTIONS 233 METERS FROM THE CANAL
The project has a construction area of 180,000,449 square meters. Under the planned project, a total of 1,337 residences, 11 apartments with concierge and 20 shops will be built in 64 blocks and landscaping will be done.
The cost of the project was calculated at 839 million 89 thousand TL. A total of 5,392 people are expected in the new residences.
Kanal Istanbul passes from the east of the project area at a distance of 233.84 meters. The area is also 7 km from Istanbul Airport.
FINAL OFFER STATUS
The result of the call for tenders organized on September 13, 2022 for the second phase of the project has not yet been announced.
The tender, which was held on September 28 in 3 stages and was canceled due to high bids, will be held again on December 5, 2022.
