Even if you’ve been to Boston your whole life, you’re going to see something new. “The Hyde Park native even says he was surprised by some places he found Mariano says: ‘I bet a lot of people didn’t know I was shocked to hear there’s a hidden speakeasy in the basement of Modern Pastry. All these years I’ve lived here and never knew about it.” He says he’s tried almost everything to give you a window into what’s going on in different neighborhoods…from bowling to candlelight to the activities he wasn’t even so sure about. They had me do yoga, I had a butt treatment they call the “Kardashian treatment” at a place in south Boston called the IV League. Mariano says, “What amazed me the most was how much the neighborhoods have evolved and changed over the years. Boston is truly a historic city. I remember the seaport was an old fishing wharf and now it has become this vibrant cosmopolitan city. It’s super modern. There will be a little something for everyone on this show. “Boston Rob even makes this experience personal by visiting a bar where he learned to be a bartender years ago. Rob Mariano, better known as Boston Rob, takes us on a journey through his old Boston stomping ground, showing you everything from classic hotspots to some hidden gems.

Mariano says, “Everyone knows Boston has so many great neighborhoods. What really makes it epic is the people and we’re going to be showcasing different restaurants, activities, fun things to do. Even if you’ve been in Boston your whole life, you I will see something new.”

Mariano says, “I bet a lot of people didn’t know that I was shocked to learn that there is a hidden speakeasy in the basement of Modern Pastry. It’s open to everyone. All those years I lived here and I never knew.”

He says he’s tried almost everything to give you a window into what’s going on in different neighborhoods…from candlelight bowling to activities he wasn’t so sure about.

Boston Rob says he went out of his way to be your guide and even learned a lot along the way.
